New Group Permissions for Analytics can't access Engagement Payout Data

A user permissioned under the new group permission system with analytics permissions cannot access engagement payout data. Specifically the following URIs are rejecting the requests with a 403:

https://engagementpayouts.roblox.com/v1/universe-payout-history?universeId=4523260733&amp;startDate=2023-12-01&amp;endDate=2024-09-17
https://economycreatorstats.roblox.com/v1/universes/4523260733/stats?request.type=PremiumVisits&amp;request.startTime=2023-12-01T15%3A38%3A24.718Z&amp;request.endTime=2024-09-17T14%3A38%3A05.163Z

When granted analytics access on the legacy role system it works as expected.

Modern group permissions for analytics should grant access to engagement payouts data
