New Horror Game Feedback

Hey Roblox Developers!

I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been working on a new horror game called 11 Miles, and I’m excited to share it with the community. I would love to get your feedback, suggestions, and bug reports to help make it even better.

NOTE: I’ve been coding on Roblox for about 3 weeks now so if there’s anything wrong with the game I’ll happily try to fix it.

The game is about the user traveling through 11 haunted mysterious miles, each mile has its own little lore and backstory. So far only mile 1 is done, and soon I’ll be implementing mile 2.

Thank you.

This is pretty good for 3 weeks!
The amount of effort that you’re putting in your game really shows.

Though i liked the world building, it has a little too much dialogue for my taste
cheers!

Better than what I would be able to code in 3 weeks! Although, I do have to point out a couple of things that stood out to me:

The sign should be bigger or the text smaller to be able to fit at once, it looks a bit weird how the text overflows.

Second of all, during the shadow monster part, I found it difficult distinguishing the monster in the dark. It took me a good minute to find out that he was standing outside the window.

Finally, I found it a bit odd how part of the dialogue takes place in the diner (the lobby). At first I thought I was already in the game when I was prompted to talk to the NPCs. But when I saw the cars outside in order to play the games I felt like the NPC part should be during the actual story and not at the game’s lobby.

But to be honest, that’s miles ahead (no pun intended) of what I would have been able to make with 3 weeks of experience in scripting. Keep up the good work!

P.S. I did not really need the flashlight, since I could pretty much see what’s happening at all times.

Thank you for the reply, I wanted to make the lobby a little more interactive, but I can see how it would confuse people.

Thank you for the reply, I’ve spent countless hours for the past 3 weeks learning and I’m glad people like it.

Yeah, I was debating on how much dialogue I should put, if anything I could make the dialogue appear faster so it looks short.
