New particles option display bug with VelocityPerpendicular mode

Graphic card AMD Radeon RX 550, 4GB, DDR5

i’ve ben experiencing a problem with particles that i dont see in my friends screen when they share screen.
the particles that use the new display mode “VelocityPerpendicular”
some weird stuff start happening.

So i’m sharing as well a debug file for any one to test and and share what happened for you and you can also report it here with your pc specs.
