When we publish an experience in Studio, upload an avatar item, or upload a paid asset to the Creator Store (coming soon), we will have the option to share our data.
We have asked folks to opt-out for the time being following these steps:
Uncheck the “Make sharing data the default when publishing” box under each tab -Avatar Items, Creator Store Items, Experiences- and save changes.
However, burner accounts are an integral part of our workflow, and unchecking the “Make sharing data the default when publishing” box for each tab would be a significant inconvenience.
Is there an alternative resolution for this we can use?
Thanks!
Following on Hooksmith, we would love to hear more about your usage of these burner accounts and the publish/save workflow involved here. Setting your default opt-out preference in Creator Hub is the only existing user flow for managing the default opt-out preference of an account.
Some questions:
Are these burner accounts all managed under the same group?
Are these burner accounts publishing/saving to group-owned universes via Studio or personal ones?
