I would add it but im worried it has a virus if it doesnt I would want to add it to chrome so does anyone know if it contains a virus?

He open-sourced it at his Github linked in a post above, I don’t install extensions from untrusted developers but at the end of the day its up to you.

Released a new update today, should be on the chrome store soon. Updated currency rates and hopefully fixed the bug where values over 1000 didn’t calculate properly.

For those that have their doubts about extensions, it is possible to just download the source itself from the chrome store and you may inspect it yourself, that being said making sure all hundreds or thousands of lines of code are not malicious is a pretty daunting task.
