Hi everyone, I have officially finished my 3rd showcase game, I hope you like it & enjoy the game! please give me any feedback for me so I can add new stuff to the game, → come check out my new showcase The Forest Showcase ⛅ - Roblox
Hey, it’s a somewhat interesting design although, the low poly does not fit with the terrain. Try adding mountainous terrain and possibly a tree design that will fit with the terrain. Hope this helps you out!
Well, the design of the place looks alright however I wouldn’t call it a forest showcase since it doesn’t hold any details.
I wouldn’t really call the objects forest tree yet because. The tree density isn’t high enough for it to be a forest tree. However, I think there should be more leaves and many different sizes. The trunk has a perfect shape, but it should be much taller so there could be more leaves and objects hanging from the tree. I would try adding some branches.
I suggest adding some vegetation around the tree possibly making the tree roots extend more like making them curl into the ground, instead of having them look like all repetitive. In my opinion you can add some elevation into the terrain creating hills, rocky areas, mountains ect.
I never said anything about using free models in my response. To address making realistic trees: if want to aim for a low poly approach you can do the same thing it doesn’t need to be realistic it just needs more height and different shapes to resemble a forest tree.
As a cartoony theme it should follow certain shapes with the design add some leafs or possibly some height to the tree and the trunk. As show below. I highly suggest practicing more since I assume that you are still learning maybe use this as a guide.
Needs a lot of work first of the terrain doesn’t fit well with the trees and the terrain is just way to flat, there is alot of stuff you can do with the scene and can improve it’s overall visuals. Also if you don’t know how to 3D model or anything you should start learning soon sense ROBLOX is slowly but surely improving over time 3D models over actually building a model works best!
