How does my account know my facebook if i remove it from the social page?
Last time I played around with that, it displays another login/signup page.
Loging in (or signing up) will (re)link your facebook to the logged in account.

What happends if you sign up with your facebook on more than one account?
will it auto log into the first or random?

No, it’s not possible.
Also to answer some of the other questions in here the Facebook information on the Social tab of the Account page has nothing to do with authentication. That is used to display a Facebook link on your profile.
Currently, there is no means to disallow Facebook as an authentication method if you have used it to sign up, or synced your account. We’re in the process of building functionality around that and there is a one to one relationship between Facebook accounts and Roblox accounts. You cannot have Facebook authentication for more than one account, and you cannot have more than one Facebook per account.

May I ask how it got this username? I know how it got Jon, but I play paintball IRL, do was wondering if it scourered my liked pages.
Enabled for some but not for all. Used to see how effective one thing is compared to another (e.g. do people without accounts create one more often with the new signup or old signup method?)
