Yes, but not everyone can host it or provide the maintenance such as resettings cookies as some of the services offer.

The hosting he uses is free on glitch and changing the cookie takes 2 minutes.
And where he hosts it is not secure.
Yes, but your project will time out after 10 minutes unless you upgrade it.

I’ve tested it and my cookie only changes around every 24 hours.

Yes, but like I said your project will time out after 10 minutes unless you upgrade it. Glitch has also blocked uptime robot and other pinging services.
