Hello, I’m kind of new to ui making but here is one that I made is there anything that I can improve?

Maybe change some of the colors to be lighter and add an outline to the UI

This UI looks good. Make the colors way lighter and brighter, since it’s barely visible and visually unappealing.

Okay, to put it bluntly. I don’t think it’s good. There are many improvements that you can work on. I’ll try to explain the best way that I can.
Colours
The colours you chose for the UI are unappealing and have little contrast. To combat this, I suggest using https://color.adobe.com to help you find a complimenting colour scheme
OR
you could make a slightly grey background (maybe an RGB(30,30,30) with the rest being darker (like RGB(15,15,15)), then you can colourize it to go to a blue tint for example, assuming that you want a darker palette.
The close button
The close button is a complete contrast to the rest of the colours, so adding to my last point, give it a duller colour so it doesn’t scream red. I would also suggest giving some padding to the box so it looks like it’s floating rather than attached to the border
OR
You can decrease the corner radius by a bit, and enable ClipDescendants on the window (IIRC) so it doesn’t look out of place and it stays inside the window.
Objects Padding
These don’t match. I suggest aligning them pixel-perfect using the yellow guidelines when you hold-click the UI objects.
Layout
The layout is a bit strange. This is more of a preference but I would recommend something like this:

…and lastly…
Text
The font you’re using is a bit thin (preference, so it’s up to you) and small. I suggest scaling up the text to a much more aesthetically pleasing and legible size.
