clearing and deleting cache will not work, I already tried it, I even deleted the whole Roblox application and reinstall it again it didn’t fix it at all, this is an engine bug/issue or back end issue, I’m 90% sure
I can confirm. I tested this yesterday, I can see new meshes perfectly fine on my iPhone SE 2020.
It might be helpful to know the geographic location of those who can and can’t see new meshes as this very well be specific to regional data centres or CDN’s.
I am in the UK, as of last night my missing meshes were suddenly visible on Xbox but still not appearing PC or Mobile clients.
I’m from South East Asia and I tested last night and today, I can’t see any meshes on Mobile devices
This is also an issue facing the Roblox app on pc.
Experiencing the same issue in regards to mobile phones and the meshes are not appearing on an iPad Mini as well.
Update: We’re seeing more reports of this on both tablet and mobile devices. We’re also experiencing the same problem even when we paste older meshes into workspace and update the game. This issue plunged our player count today by around 5,000 players so we manually shipped a temporary fix and swapped out the clothing meshes with basic blocks. Had to shut down 18k players to make this change sadly, hope this issue can be pushed forward as it might hinder the updates of other games on Roblox.
I’m getting rare reports that some PC users can’t see the meshes either, but I can’t confirm it. I published a temporary fix that uses a different dragon’s mesh (with the same uv layout) if they are on mobile, but they still can’t see any of the dozens of horn/claw/spike asset options.
If it’s true that some PC players can’t see meshes, then I won’t be able to detect this and the dragons that those players already have will be completely invisible to them.
on my end, everything works on PC, but for Android mobile device and Ipad, it’s not loading anything Annie Roblox stream my game on mobile and you will see there, the mesh are not being loaded
I think it doesn’t work on PC if they’ve installed Roblox through the Microsoft store. I’m getting the same reports.
Can confirm, my PC Roblox test instances are installed through the Microsoft store
PC users who might have issues seeing meshes are probably using the player from Microsoft Store, I noticed that this player has the same issue as mobile currently does.
I’m also having this issue. I uploaded a coin mesh 3-4 days ago, and it’s only visible on PC (Studio and in-game), not Android. Tested with two Android phones and two different accounts.

This issue is happening on mobile / tablet and windows 10 app. This has been identified to only happen on clients that are on version 2.463 or lower.
Engineers are currently working on a fix and to identify the root cause

To add on, this also is happening to UGC items. Any meshes uploaded on the 3rd and so on appear invisible on the mobile catalog.
