Its shown on the configuration page
But its not shown on the game page

I can confirm I cannot see it on the webpage. I’m using Google Chrome.

It seems your video got moderated - I’m not sure why, it looks ok to me, but one of CS is asking around to see if this was a mistake or if there’s a real concern there.
What’s supposed to happen is you’ll either get the usual mod-warning notice (if it’s a punishable offense), or a message notifying you of the video moderation + refund (if it’s something nonpunishable like copyright infringement).
tldr; I’m not sure why you didn’t get any notification around your video being disapproved, but we’re looking into it!

This should be amended now and your video released from moderation. As Raeglyn mentioned, she’s looking into why no notification was received. Thanks for alerting us to this issue.

My game’s page is throwing an error at me when the video tries to load now O.o
I’m not able to replicate this on your game’s configure page. Can you try closing your browser/tab and then revisiting? Potentially try some other quick browser maintenance such as clearing your cache.
It happens on the place’s page itself.
Repro:
- Click the right arrow until it shows the video
- Watch it try to autoplay
- Roblox Error page shows
I’m using Opera/Chrome.
Can confirm. Happens to me on Firefox.

Should I remove the video thumbnail for now, or do you guys need it up to track the error?
I don’t think players can join my game right now because of it.
