I’ve been using the new explorer for some time now and i’ve noticed its a 75% chance the explorer will properly go to a selected instance after removing the search prompt.
I’ve also noticed sometimes it fails to properly unfold the parent instances of the searched selected instance.
As a result i have to scroll from workspace all the way down and remember the parent order and manually search and unfold the parents to get to the instance.
If this were to be resolved it would massively improve my workflow.
I dont have a 100% working repro guide on this issue.
- Enter search prompt
- Select searched instance which is not visible in an unfolded parent atm.
- Click the X button on the search bar.
- The explorer will move to the top of the list which is workspace.
Another issue i found is whenever im in UI selector mode and i click the screen where no UI is present, it randomly selects a part with UI ads inside of it which scrolls my explorer to the top of the list making me have to go all the way back down again.
