With the new next gen studio UI, I have noticed that my tooltips when hovering over buttons are not only inconsistent, but constantly stay visible. Not only that, they draw through every window, resulting in other applications having these annoying tooltips that won’t go away.
Expected behavior
Tooltips should go away when no longer hovering or tabbed out.

Rest assured the team is looking into this, despite not much public communication surrounding it. I’m aware a potential patch was released just yesterday but it didn’t result in much change. 
Whoops. I searched for tooltips in bug reports but couldn’t find anything, didn’t think I would have to look all the way back to March. I don’t know why they pushed this out if it wasn’t stable enough yet.
