Premium Customer - Premium Customers have joined our group and decided to be a part of our community. You require this role to apply for Trainee.
Honourable Customer - These are customers who have previously been a MR/HR, or are an active member of our group.
Trainee - Trainees have passed the interview and can get straight to working however there is still lots to learn about the kitchen. To rank up they must take a training where they will be tested on their knowledge.
Junior Barista - As a Junior Barista, they have passed the training and learnt the basics, however, they are still new to Nexus and may require a higher rank for assistance.
Barista - Baristas know their way around the kitchen and are more experienced than Junior Baristas. They have learnt much more about Nexus.
Senior Barista - These individuals are the most experienced out of the LR ranks and have been in Nexus for a while now. Lower ranks may ask for help from them and should be a great role model.
