Nature Hotels & Resorts is a small group with 200+ members and we are growing fast, we try to provide amazing service, we are looking for a builder to build our Version 3. It needs to be low poly, modern and overall nice, hoping a nature-like resort.
We are willing to pay with 70% lifetime funds in our group that is earning 200R$+ a week. We can stretch a bit if really need-be.

That hotel is too large for the 200 robux a week which the builder gets 70 percent of.
That payment is literally NOTHING and in low poly aswell?
First, get a better budget. Second, you don’t need a version 3 with just 200 members. Third, build it yourselves instead of offering low prices that are not worth the effort.
Please change your title to “Nature Hotels | Hiring Builders”, so developers don’t get confused with Nova Hotels.

How do you get 1k robux per week? I’m surprised you’d even have funds since a 200 member group does not have much potential unless you literally got those 200 members in 1 week.
