(Sometimes I’m unable to work due to school and my sleep scheldule)

TOS 
- The 30% fee that roblox charges is paid by the customer.
- I’m able to cancel your commission with reason given.
- You have to pay 25 - 50% upfront.
- Payment is always negotiable.
- I expect you to have the details and images before commissioning.
- Make sure you like everything because after you do pay I won’t make changes to it.
- I’m able to decline a commission.
- I will not supply refunds.
- Customers will not be allowed to view the building in-game for security reasons.
- Don’t rush me.
- I’m allowed to use pre-made assets. If you want new assets, you have to pay extra.
I will not build on your baseplate unless I trust you. You will get the RBXL file or I will move the build to your place after I’m paid.
You agree with everything above after the payment is proceed
