I would need your advice regarding gameplay, interface, controls, and anything else you think might improve or make playing more entertaining, to ensure a decent flow of players.
I thank you very much in advance.
Its a good game (Coding Side), but the building aren’t great. Also I was looking at the Halloween application thing, and I just played your game 20 mins ago lol.
Here are some thoughts I had whilst playing your game:
At the end of each round, you’re given a… rank? I’m not quite sure what that meant. I was the only one playing, so why was I rank #9? Is that a good thing?
The zombies are tough to kill right off the bat. Having only a pistol doesn’t help, either. If you’re going to make an endless zombie survival game, players should be able to purchase new weapons & powerups as the game progresses, to compete with the ever-increasing number, variants and persistence of zombies;
Having to wait for “warp closure” in between rounds is unnecessary, if you ask me. Players who are marked as “ready” should be teleported into the beginning of the next round instantaneously, so as to keep the rest of the players engaged;
I noticed with dismay that my character’s health was not replenished at the end of each round, but instead remained where it was. In addition, health regeneration was virtually inexistent. Please, please add something to boost players’ health during these games;
I entered a building to test the pathfinding capabilities of the zombies:
Sometimes, a zombie would manage to climb directly on top of my player. Once that happened, it was nearly impossible to shake it off, and I had to flail around wildly whilst a single zombie took free shots at my skull:
First of all, this game is barely coded yourself. You used Ruddev’s Battle Royale and the Roblox Battle Royale kits. While this is fine, they don’t go very well together.
The UI was very quickly made. This would cause any new player to leave right off the bat.
In the end, you need to put more effort. This idea could have potential if it were executed correctly.
The intention is to deliver an random experience/random money reward, typing error.
With each level more powerful classes and weapons are unlocked. My idea is not to do a la Killing Floor, but more like COD ZOmbies.
Cool I like it…
Perhaps it is not properly explained, the “skill” with E is used to deploy a first aid kit, there are classes that have group healing and armor deployment. I’m going to try putting a slow regen and properly explain the subject of skills.
Its linear raycastin movemnet, I tried using a simple pathfinding, but the movement did not look natural. The NPC reaches the point where the PC was, stops upon arrival and begins to walk back to the current location, they move more like a robot than a zombie. If you know any pathfinding to recommend, I would appreciate it.
That happens with the fastest zombies, it is a bug that I am trying to solve.
Thank you very much for all the recommendations, I will work hard to solve most of them as much as possible.
I think I solved most of the conflicts that existed between them, it is my first job with LUA, Im such an amteur programing and Im learning with tutorials and the help of the forum. I know I should have started with an Obby, but I like the challenge.
I do not understand what you mean by this, what could you recommend?
I rely on the UI of COD and Free Fire.
