Development Info:
The NIVE Development Team is separate from the Nova Development team for the most part, so please only report NIVE Game bugs to the NIVE Development Team.
The NIVE Training Grounds (NIVETG) is worked on by the majority of the NIVE Development Team. We use Semantic Versioning for the NIVETG, which follows this format: v1.0.0. This basically makes it easier for us to version all of the releases. The version means Major.Minor.Patch, which, if you don’t understand, use this link.
Ranks:
The ranking system of NIVE is comprised of four rolesets, Executive, High Rank (HR), Middle Rank (MR), and Low Rank (LR). The Development Team is technically a High Rank, but doesn’t have and High Ranking powers over other members.
LR Ranks and several MR Ranks are obtainable by gaining points, either through trainings or other events.
HR and Executive ranks are usually handpicked. Once in a blue moon, applications are run, but not very often.
