Here’s the developer console error:
Sometimes it will error fetching if the user is blocked and it makes the user list unusable until you rejoin, it is very annoying.

Can confirm, it’s been happening to me off and on for a long time.
I’ve noticed that it tends to happen more often if you’ve clicked on a few players’ names in the server, or if you alt+tab out of the game.
