I wanted to make my account secure and found out you can set a passkey on your Roblox account. All people (along with the official article) say that there is a “Login Methods” section in “Account Info” settings.
For some reason, I cannot find it.
Please help me.
(Extra Info: My account is 13+ age verified. I have my phone and email verified too.)

It should be under Settings, proceed to Account Info and it’ll be shown there, does it not display that?
Assuming you did create it by adding a method you already use to unlock your device, without having to remember your passwords.
Yes, it’s that option. I don’t know why it won’t appear because I never added a passkey linked to my account.
I found a similar option in “Security” (screenshot in attachments), it lets me add a passkey on my phone but not on my laptop. My laptop already has passkeys for Google and Microsoft, so I’m sure that my laptop supports passkeys.
Hmm, might be a compability issue, can’t really assume since there is a lot to factor but did you check the help article on ROBLOX about the passkey feature?

Although not sure why it isn’t shown in your laptop if it supports passkeys… I can think of it as ROBLOX relying as a whole on mobile authentication so maybe it’s a system override.
Hardware Keys are still good though, give it a try if you wish to secure your account.
If the problem persists, I suggest contacting a ROBLOX Technician, open a ticket through customer support.
Select the Category “Technical Support,” be specific as possible.
I tried, Support’s just stupid.
I mentioned that my device supports passkeys and there’s no option to add passkeys and the article didn’t help. They just replied “Please follow this article: (the article)”.
I can relate on that, support is often stale…
Did you try on a different browser too?
Maybe Edge/Safari/Opera/Brave.
Didn’t mention Firefox since it has an apparent issue with the authentication in roblox.

That sucks, the only way for you to get an appropiate answer is either by customer support asking a roblox technician, you could specify to ask for a roblox technician to reply instead of AI since the article did not help you.
Send a reply once the ticket is sent through your mail, state your name and issue.
