Hi all. I applied for the UGC program in September of 2022. I have yet to receive a response through the developer forum or through email. The head and face items I submitted at the time can be found here if that helps build context: Talent Hub Portfolio
I’ve heard that it can take several months but a response wave just went out a couple weeks ago and I was not included. I don’t want to re-apply if I already have a submission in transit. Is there anyone I can reach out to in order to check if my application was properly received?
Quick update: I asked around and a few other applicants who applied late last year have yet to receive responses as well. Has anyone who applied after early September received a response?
I applied back in October 2022 and hasn’t received a response ever since. No emails saying that I got accepted or denied. I submitted another UGC application a few days ago and I’m hoping that I’ll get a response this time.
Glad to hear that I’m not alone. It would be nice if they were a little more transparent about how far they are in the process of evaluating applications, like “we’re done reading applications through this month/year” or something like that. Though, I do understand why they might be hesitant to put dates out in the open.
I wish you good luck on getting a response. I think I’ll sit tight another couple of months to see if I get anything.
I applied back in late september aswell. no response. not even got a email that my application went trough, tried again 2 weeks ago, also no email. no idea if its even getting trough at this point lol.
I chose to re-apply several days ago after getting nothing following the most recent acceptance wave. Disappointing that I wasn’t even given a notice that I was denied. Could’ve been denied the wave before that, but I have no way of knowing.
It’s very frustrating that I received no follow up even when one was promised in the application itself. I suppose it’s time to begin another long wait.

Basically it just took a really long time? I don’t know what the process looks like so I cannot confirm if I was skipped or if the applications are even read from least recent to most recent.
They seem to be bringing a lot of people in as the program gets closer to being public so you won’t have to wait long either way.
Hi, I know it’s been resolved but I’ll just add in my knowledge for any other person who’s waiting for a long time.
Applications lately take a looooong time, I applied in early November last year and only got accepted like a month ago.
So I don’t recommend anyone to refill an application, either wait it out or wait for the speculated public release; many people have waited for over half a year to get accepted, apparently it’s not uncommon sadly.
