Recently, the Oliver bundle was updated to replace its classic head with a new dynamic head. As part of Roblox’s rollout of dynamic head updates to existing bundles, the classic heads have been removed from users’ inventories.
However, the classic head for the Oliver bundle is shared with the Noah bundle, which has not been updated with a dynamic head. Any attempt to equip the Noah costume in the avatar editor now fails, because the classic head it uses is no longer in my inventory:
An observation here is that this issue is not only occurring to the Noah bundle and yes, it is occurring to the majority of the avatars that you have, whether you both it or you made it a custom.
I tested it on the Roblox Universal App, through my phone, and I cannot wear any body part of a bundle, only accessories such as hair, waist, shoulder, etc.

The team at Roblox knows the issue and it is looking forward to fix it related to the avatar situation.
