Hello! Welcome to Nocturnal. We’re glad to see you here because it means you’re interested in our industry.

We do have rules to abide by. Please follow those rules to prevent further action against your account.

:blue_book: What is Nocturnal?
Here at Nocturnal, you can enjoy our most delightful coffee ever manufactured! Nocturnal is the most advanced café-based group and we are sure that you’ll enjoy your time here. We also offer numerous beverages and snacks for everyone to choose from! Our highly-trained baristas strive to serve you better and our admins will assist them in their job!

🤝 Alliance Guide

To ally, your group must meet these requirements:

  • Your group must have an accessible Discord server with at least 40 members. “Accessible” means that we can find your server easily, in the “Social Links”.

  • Your group must have a minimum of 200 non-botted members.

  • You must at least have one game in your group.

  • Your group must have a good reputation.

  • Your group must be able to announce our events when asked to.

  • Your group must be professional and well-rounded.

  • Your group must be a company. e.g. cafe, school, restaurant, clothing, etc.

If you think you have met those requirements, you may ask a Chief Relations Officer or Chief Executive Officer+ for the application.

Application Questions

  1. What is your group’s name and the group link?
  2. Why do you want to ally with Nocturnal Café? Please elaborate.
  3. What would you benefit both your group and our group through this alliance?
  4. Please list your representative’s username and Discord tag (at least 2).
  5. How many members are in your group, and what’s the Discord invitation link?

The questions and answers should be sent to a Chief Relations Officer or Chief Corporate Officer+ in Google Docs or just a message text through their DMs (using Google Docs is recommended).

⬆️ Senior/Lead Barista promotion guide

Thank you for your interest in being our Middle Rank in our industry. It’s appreciated!

If you want to be an MR, you must be a Senior Barista or Lead Barista, then work hard at the cafe for at least 8 days. You will be noticed by a General Manager or above if you are a hard-working individual. You may also apply to our Discord server if the MR+ application is open! If you have a safe chat, do not worry! We do accept someone who has safe-chat to be an MR here. However, you must be 13+ of age!

📋 In-game rules and punishments

When it comes to rules, we must abide by them, and no exceptions. All ranks, including High Ranks, must follow them. If you think someone isn’t following the rules, please inform any IA+ to ban them. These are the rules, and punishments if you’re not following the rules:

Hint:
(ED) Easy deal: A barista should be able to deal with them if there’s no admin present in-game.
(SO) Small Offence: Call an MR+ to deal with them. (Staff Assistant-Supervisor)
(MeO) Medium Offence: Call MR Promoters+ to deal with them. (ManagerAdministrative Manager)
(MaO) Major Offence: Call an Administrative Manager or HR+ to deal with them.

  1. Do not glitch or bypass the chat filter. (SO)

Punishment: Immediate ban from the server.

  1. Abusing barista commands are strictly prohibited. (MeO)

Punishment: Must be demoted and/or suspended.

  1. Trolling is not allowed. (ED)

Punishment: A ban from the server after one warning. If there are no admins on the server, a Senior Barista may kick/Barista+ may respawn them.

  1. Exploiting is strictly prohibited. (MaO)

Punishment: Permanently banned from our facility, and will be reported to Roblox.

  1. Admin Abusing is strictly prohibited. (MaO)

Punishment: Demotion, and/or a permanent suspension.

  1. Trolling as a staff member is strictly prohibited. (MeO)

Punishment: A permanent suspension, depending on the severity.

  1. Raiding or mass spamming is strictly prohibited. (MaO)

Punishment: A permanent ban from the game.

📝 Appeals guide

If you just got banned from all our facilities, including our Discord server, and wish to become our member back, you may still appeal!

Suspension appeals guide

If you were banned from being a worker, you have to appeal to a Chief Staff Officer or above. However, you must wait for 7 days after your suspension.

Discord ban appeals guide
If you were banned from our Discord server, you must appeal to a Chief Staff Officer+. However, you must wait for 7 days after your ban.

Game ban appeal
If you were banned from the game, you must appeal to a Chief Staff Officer+. However, you must wait for 7 days after your ban.

How do I appeal?

Simply private message them on Roblox or Discord. You may also appeal through PMs in-game!

Appeal Questions

  1. Why were you banned?
  2. Why should we unban you?
  3. How will you contribute to our community after being unbanned?

Important!

Your suspensions are logged on Trello! If you re-join our group, it won’t do anything to you and won’t get you unsuspended. You’re still not able to be a staff member here at Nocturnal even if you’re rejoining our group unless you’ve appealed it to CSO+ and it got accepted.

Your appeal was declined?

There are multiple reasons why was your appeal declined. It could be, but not limited to lack of effort, not detailed, breaking the rules during your appeal process, lack of sincerity, blaming others in your appeal, and/or being immature in your appeal. Our HR Team are not allowed to share why was your appeal declined. If your appeal got declined, you cannot appeal again for the next 7 days. However, please do not give up on your appeal, as we believe in you.

Once your appeal has been sent, our high ranks will review it and vote it. You will get a response in 12-24 hours. If you do not get any responses, please remind our high ranks or the ones you’re appealing to.

  • Chief Executive Officer (3)
    They are our group’s executives and manage all the operations of the group. They gain Super Admin in-game or Creator Admin for Vice President+.

High Ranks

  • Chief Corporate Officer (4)
  • Chief Staff Officer (4)
  • Chief Relations Officer (4)
  • Nocturnal Developer (-)
    Supervising the MRs and managing all staff. They also manage all events and sessions. They promote hardworking MRs to the HR Team. They gain Administrator power in-game.

Middle Ranks

  • Upper MR:

  • Assistant Manager (15)
  • Supervisor (20)
  • Staff Assistant (25)
  • Staff Intern (-)
    They host and help at the training/interview session. They also assist LRs and customers. They also supervise the cafe and make sure everything and everyone at the cafe is safe. Assistant Managers can use ranking commands. They gain Administrator admin-level in-game, Moderator for Staff Intern.
    General Manager: General Manager can promote a hardworking Senior Barista and Lead Barista to MR (Management Intern) and also can moderate the group wall. They can demote abusive, inappropriate employees and even suspend/ban someone from being a staff member.

Security Ranks

Low Ranks

    They are to work behind the counter. They are to make sure to give a great service. Trainees are to attend a training session. They gain staff commands in their utility. Also, some ranks can kick, respawn, and warn someone (and only can be used on one person at a time).

👍 Staff members expectations

Of course, we do expect our staff members. These are something you must follow as a staff member!

  • Be professional in all situations.

  • You are also must be following our rules and Roblox’s Terms of Service.

  • You are expected to be active, especially if you’re an MR+. However, as an LR, you don’t have any activity requirements thus you’re not obligated to always attend shifts.
