This look totally amazing! The black and white color looks like from 19’s. I love the raining too, and does the raining affect the road/street or it’s just raining effect? If the raining has some detail in it then it would look very cool in my opinion.

It’s a filter, the city looks like a regular chicago or nyc without it.
