Added 2 new fanarts to the fanart board.
Completely rescripted the gears equipping system to always work as efficiently as if you had 1 gear equipped, no matter how many gears you have equipped.
Fixed a bug where most staff commands that could have effects inflicted upon multiple users would return the result of the command to the player who typed it as many times as there were players affected by the command.
