Very nice build! Are those custom trees? If so, could you please walk me through your tree creation workflow (I significantly lack tree-making skills).
Also, can you show us the collisions? Go to studio settings > search Show Decomposition Geometry = true

All the leaves and branches seem pretty flat (of the small bushes and that fir tree on the left), but that probably cant be helped due to performance limitations.
And can we see the collisions?

I believe he created the main trunk as solid geometry but the branches are just images on planes. This is because it’d save a lot of geometry since it’s just an image. It’s a technique that many developers use to make realistic foliage.

That’s crazy good. Do you have an idea on how many triangles/parts are in the scene?
Each building ranges from 2-4k triangles, which objectively isn’t horrible, the tree’s are ranged from 400-800.
@CrownCrazyDev Tree’s are planes with a flat texture on them as mentioned, a good example of how you can do this is by looking at the ROBLOX Forest Pack they released.
