This issue has scratching my head for a long time, but I think I’ve finally realized that it’s something on the end of Roblox instead of me or my groups. None of my devs are able to access the “Models & Packages” tab on the Creator Dashboard, it just shows as if we don’t have anything, when we very much do have group models. If I go into the dev console, it shows Error 400: Bad Request when trying to load the tab. I don’t know if something is bugged on our group, or in the Creator Dashboard itself, but it’s been happening for months at this point and I’m tired of still not having a fix. The group is " Cube_Studios".
I suggest contacting Roblox Support unless somebody can give you any helpful tips.

The website, the toolbox loads everything just fine.
