im trying to report a bug that is happening within my roblox client, but it seems i can’t do that since the button for creating a new topic for bug reports is greyed out.
not sure if its just me (because i am a member, not a regular), or i just cant access it
There’s like a billion posts regarding this. You just don’t have Regular, it isn’t a bug.

As @SomeFedoraGuy said, this is not a bug whatsoever.
Roblox forum users who have Visitor or Member, as their Trust Level, cannot create a bug report with the button named “Report Bug”, which redirects you to the Bug Wizard Report page.
If you want to report something you have encountered while utilizing any product Roblox has and being a Member, the recommendation is to entering in contact with @Bug-Support by creating a PM (“Private Message”) and provide reproduction steps to replicate the problem and they will create a public topic for you.
