% would be of the games profits you help make. This is gauranteed and percent of the profits you will get is negotiable. If the games you help with do not work out then we offer a k robux if we think your work is at the standards we expect.
When making these sorts of posts, it would be best to include the predicted % of revenue going to the person you’re hiring. On top of this it would also be beneficial to include what sort of work you expect from people applying.
