If he’s doing it for free it’s normal he doesn’t have examples yet. I assume that’s the main reason he is going for free, for now. Good luck with your future work

If you don’t have any samples that you can show, people might think that you have no experience seeing as there is nothing you can show. I’d advise you to go and come up with some cool ideas, and then post them here.
