I Have sent people over 100 messages for the past few months for jobs in talent hub but idk if im just having bad luck or if they arent seeing my messages, Is it possible that ive gotten shadowbanned? Anyone else?

Happens to me as well. If you dont get accepted within 2 weeks just withdraw your application and try a different one.
i have given up lol ive messaged at least 80 people in the last year
