Not Received a dev awards after six months

Hello IDK if this was the correct tag, but i couldn’t find a better one.

My game had surpassed 1.6K MAU back in June, and continued to hold over that until November.
From my understanding, I should’ve received the Bombastic Crown of O’s but have not yet.
We I had made a Roblox Support Ticket about it, I was told to email devawards@roblox.com, which I did twice. Both times I had not received any reply or change.

I had gone to make another support ticket and they just gave me the email again and I specified that they didn’t respond and they said they couldn’t do anything further.

I had given them proof I owned the group, and proof that my game has surpassed the requirements.

What should I do now?
I sent the first email on November 9th

Nothing.

For the most part, the program is discontinued, so you’ll be waiting quite a while. devawards@roblox.com is no longer monitored, hence why you didn’t get a reply.

The same thing is happening for me. My game reached 1000+ MAU on September 3rd, and over three months later, I still haven’t gotten the crown. I also reached out to devawards@roblox.com, but no response either.
