Not receiving email notifications when receiving a message on the TalentHub


Despite having email notifications on for when I receive a new message, I am not getting an email.

Expected behavior

I expect to receive an email notification for all of my new messages.

Are you still having issues receiving emails? We found an error that prevented some emails from being sent out.

Yes I’m still having issues, as of yesterday.

Yes, I still don’t receive emails when I get messages. I received a message 5 days ago and I didn’t get any email notification.

Can you try toggling the setting to immediate/daily update and then back to your desired settings?

Additionally, there may be an issue with the daily setting that we are looking at, but “immediate” should be working right now.

I’ve switched it from daily update back to immediate. Thanks for looking into this.
