Not receiving the 2 step verification email

Hello,
My cousin got locked out of her account: she’s not any emails from accounts@roblox.com including the 2 step verification email. We already tried contacting roblox support, but they just keep telling us to check spam, junk, promotions, etc. and we already did that. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you looked through the email connected to your cousins account? Make sure to look for any account email change notifications or any account information change emails, and check that your cousin has not done any of the following:

Shared password information with anyone,
Run any random javascript code in her browser tab,
Logged into a shared device and saved password information/ didn’t log out,
Clicked on a link that leads to a fake roblox phising website and logged in.

If you are using Gmail (unsure for other mail programs) there is multiple inbox categories and Roblox 2fa Email codes are usually in the “Updates” tab.

She said she didnt give her password to anyone or did anything like that. She also checked her Updates category on gmail, but she didnt see any emails

Sorry for the late reply! Thought I had notifications enabled but apparently I don’t.

Your only option here is to try get Roblox support to be competent for once, maybe explain the full situation to them about not receiving emails

ROBLOX support are competent. They just don’t give out confidential email if they can’t verify ownership undoubtedly.

Thank you all for your help, the problem is now solved. We messaged Roblox Support to change the verified email on the account to my other email, and it worked
