i’m trying to bring attention to a bug i found today.
recently, i had this issue happen many times. it shows that i have a message in my ‘chat messages’ yet there’s nothing there.

You should post this in #bug-reports next time. Help and Feedback isn’t the correct category for this. As for your question, this also happens to me alot. The best thing you can do is just deal with it and accept that roblox is really weird sometimes.

my request is still pending, and also i have gotten another bug fixed by this in the past so hopefully it would be okay this time

It seems to still be happening.
I have chatted back to all my friends and it still shows the star on the website title and chat inbox.

You might be hitting another issue here where some conversations don’t reliably appear in the correct order…
We’re hoping to roll out a fix for that either today or later this week.
As a sanity check, have you tried scrolling down to the very bottom of the list to get all the conversations and then scroll back up looking for missing ones? Sometimes conversations in later pages are actually meant to be in earlier pages making these unread conversations hard to find.
