(Now I'm BANNED!) After the last version, I have been getting several crashes with the message "You have lost connection to the server"

I’m facing this problem several times, I think since the last version of Studio:

Here are my today’s logs:

After more than 8 hours without any response, things got worse: :rage:

  1. Studio lost my login, had to provide login and password again, and got some work done
  2. Studio crashed again and asked again for my login
  3. After trying again, it presented this moderation message:

And see this:

And see what’s “Offensive” image:
FrameVendaItem_Automatica

Edit

The image above is a screenshot of one of my game’s many windows; this image (as well as several others) are used in an internal online tutorial within the game.

Many other similar screenshots have been uploaded before, only this one has been banned. For example, the image below was uploaded at the same time as the above banned image, but this one was not banned:
FrameCompraItem_Automatica

Yeah, thats the state of moderation and studio for you.

It saw the sale and money and more than likely assumed you were trying to make users use real life currency to get stuff in-game.

Just wait out the ban or start uploading your images to an alt.

It probably thinks it’s a login UI. ‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮‮

the key word “Enter Data” is what the bot flagged the image for, as it thought u were going to enter ur real password or smth (as said in the moderator note)

Because studio forces itself to crash until your unbanned, so that you cannot switch accounts after being banned (Ex: if you were going on alts spam uploading condos)

The client does the same where it gives you an error until you manually go the the app on your taskbar and sign out of the banned account.

Hello @rogeriodec_games,
If your account is subject to moderation, you can submit an appeal request at Support - Roblox
The appeal team will review your content

It’s a screenshot from one of many windows of my game, which is being used in an online tutorial inside the game. A lot of other similar screenshots were uploaded before, only this were banned.

No, if you read the op you’ll see that this is happening days before.

Already did, but I’m being punished for something that’s not my fault.

DId you check the website and see you were banned or not banned those “days before”?

The banning occurred just few minutes ago. I worked all day and only after this image were uploaded, I was banned.
After, I realized that this has nothing to do with Studio crashing.

Automatic moderation sometimes can be pretty tough to deal with as it warns/bans you unfairly. I used to have the same experience in a while, but I managed to clean up the situation after contacting to the Roblox Customer Support team.

I believe that you should contact, create an appeal stating the case to reverse the moderation note! For the meanwhile, you would have to wait for the agent’s response and if everything goes well, return developing your project. However, make sure it is through an alternative account whenever inserting an asset.

it IS your fault.
you should have double checked the image before uploading it.

anyways, what was the image even for? if you don’t mind asking

It was for a tutorial for the game, it was part of their UI.
