I remember seeing in a Pokémon game trailer on ROBLOX where the NPCs were waving at each other and stuff, but their mouths were animated, it looked like they were actually talking to each other. Was this just an effect from the editing software, or is it actually possible to animate faces on characters in roblox?
I don’t know what the trailer looked like, but if it was made in blender then they probably used different heads for each face, but if it looked anything like this
Then they used a rig and moved the face for every single frame.

Will face edited can be edited by using roblox face decals and edited faces… so I am assume they are using roblox studio
So are you saying there’s no way to achieve it besides doing it frame-by-frame?
