I’ve been researching and I have found no answers to my problem.
In-studio, my NPC has curved edges on their Parts, kinda like bevels.
But when I go in-game, as its dancing, its Parts’ smooth edges have disappeared, and I’m not too sure why.
Workspace:
I’m unsure why this is happening and would like to get to the bottom of this.
This May Be Because It Is R6 Rather Then R15

Do the Arms and Legs have Meshes in them in Studio?
I seem to recall (I may be completely wrong here) that older Humanoid models had the beveled Parts automatically inserted, but this was updated a while ago. You may have to find those Meshes and insert them so they work properly in game.
There seems to be no meshes inside the arms or legs, I’m not sure why this is such a problem. Where would I have to look for those meshes?

Try here, just a collection of stuff I put together:
The Arm and Leg mesh is the same, right next to the Torso.

Thanks. I hope Roblox fixes this problem sometime in the future.
I think you need to use CharacterMesh objects to change the mesh
You can check the R6 mesh dummy in the rig builder
