OAuth 2.0 Application - "App info differs from app content"

Hello,
I’d like to first introduce myself. I’m Martim, a developer mainly for 3D-based projects, but I also work mainly on cybersecurity, and this is my first devforum post.

I’m currently developing a ‘service’ called ‘Rengo’ It will be a subscription either monthly or yearly, depending on the user’s preference, and then they will be able to manage their Discord server, Roblox group, members, and all sorts of things. Though I was looking into using Roblox New OAUTH 2.0 system, I applied, and after around 3–4 attempts, I kept failing for the following reason attached to the email:.

I find this frustrating, and it musn’t just be myself that believes there is a lack of communication on pointing out the issue that ‘App info differs from app content’. I’ve
been trying to figure out the issues, whether it’s the legal side (which is up-to-date) or an issue of wording in the description.

I’ve opened this forum post just to really ask if there have been other instances of this issue or how it has been easily resolved.

Many Thanks,
Martim

i mean, the description of the application is not descriptive at all.

you claim that your application helps manage servers and groups but all you say in the description (info) is linking the account to the website will provide more usability.

you have to properly indicate in the description what your application is about hence why the content differs from the information of the application.

You should describe the service you are developing in the description field.

I’d like to revive this topic as I seem to have the same issue.

I have tried 4 times now, and still can’t seem to get through the process.

I mean, what’s not descriptive enough about this? I get “App description does not accurately describe app content” everytime.

Anyone who can help? Thanks in advance!
