Looks great so far! A couple of things you could improve on is the lighting, you could make it a bit dimmer and add some windows to make it feel more like a submarine, you could also make some light shine through the windows. Lastly I reckon you should improve the leaderboard maybe add some beams at the side similar to some simulator games.

This obby spawn place looks good. The red lights are too bright and there is too much red, people’s eyes will be hurt and they’ll be annoyed, make it less red or darker and add other lights. Also, put the blue board up to the wall so it doesn’t take up a lot of space.
