Object Selector gets into weird state when clicking another object property with the tool already active

At the point when I click from Part0 property inside a property of Part1, I should be able to select the Part1 but instead, I can’t change any Part0 or Part1 anymore but I can still select instances in the workspace. In the video is also shown how a picture of changing the Part0 and Part1 is still on the side of the mouse whenever if I selected a workspace instance. I found out this bug today so I don’t really know at which time it started happening.
