If I had to take a quick guess I’d say that its because the bodymovers you are using for the balloons are strong enough the resist the minimal force required to keep the parts awake
Im assuming you are keeping them awake with ApplyImpulse() because I really doubt you would put a bodymover in every unanchored part so, either intergrate the force to keep them awake into the bodymover (if you haven’t already), or use ApplyImpulse() to simulate balloons instead (the harder way)
