This training guide is to be used by Shift Manager + to train.
The host and co-host will oversee the training, and give points when they have noted a trainee gets something right. Unless you have the Discord guide, then you may hand out the points yourself.
Note: If you break any of the rules or requirements you will be suspended/demoted.

A co-host ( Hotel Manager +) (PC NEEDED)
Trainers (Head Staff) (PC NEEDED)
Host: Hello everyone! Welcome to Ocean Point Hotels training session.
Host: Also, a big thanks to all the trainers who are here today!

Host: At this time I will go over some rules.
No spamming
No trolling (If you do so it will result in a kick/ban.)
No exploiting (Exploiting is a Perm ID Ban.)
Don’t scream if you do not pass this session.
Be happy for the passers!
Okay folks let’s get on with the training!
MINIMUM of 1 trainee.
Notice: ALL TRAINERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ACCESS TO, FOLLOW, UNDERSTAND, AND HAVE THE GUIDE OPEN WHILE TRAINING. THE GUIDE IS TO BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY, NO CHANGES OR ALTERATIONS.
Only repeat the text with TRAINER in front of it.
Trainer Opening
TRAINER - Hello, and welcome to this part of training! My name is (name), and I will be your trainer for today.
TRAINER - Now would not be a good time to go AFK, as you might miss out on some important information.
TRAINER - Please remember to add periods at the end of your sentences, use proper spelling, and capitalization.
TRAINER - If I am going too fast, please let me know. If you have any questions, wait until I’m done talking.
NOTE: Trainees get 3 grammar strikes in total. If they pass the limit, kick them from the server. Grammar strikes are given out 1 strike per text with any errors.
Example: hi how may i help u (Only 1 strike, since it’s only 1 text sent).
Keep track of grammar strikes, it’s recommended you type it down on your notepad. If someone receives a grammar strike, tell them what they said wrong.
Check-In System
TRAINER - Here at Luxurious Hotels we have a check in system that is VERY important to know.
TRAINER - In order to check in a guest, you must click on the computer screen.
TRAINER - You will see a sheet with 3 (III) icons on it.
TRAINER - The icon on the left is used to check in guests, the middle for room availability, and the right for checking out guests.
TRAINER - Click on the left icon, then select the room type.
TRAINER - We have Standard rooms, Penthouse rooms, and “Suite” rooms.
TRAINER - Penthouse and Suite rooms cost robux, and you cannot check somebody into those rooms if they didn’t buy it.
TRAINER - After checking the room type, write in their username until the proper one shows up.
TRAINER - Then, click confirm to check the guest into a room.
Check-Out System
TRAINER - Within a bit of time, a guest may also want to check out of their room.
TRAINER - In order to do this, you must click onto the computer screen once again.
TRAINER - Click on the icon all the way to the right of the screen in the check-in/out system.
TRAINER - You will not have to put in the room type the guest had checked in with.
TRAINER - Instead, simply type in a bit of their username, then click confirm.
Test
Worth 1 point if passed.
TRAINER - With that being said, my helper(s) will now test your knowledge of what I just told you.
TRAINER - Remember, you must use a proper greeting when they approach you.
TRAINER - You will check them in, and then check them out when they request it. We will now
start!Grammar

TRAINER - As you know, grammar is required for all ranks.
TRAINER - I will be testing you on how well you can utilize it.
TRAINER - You will be PMed 2 (II) sentences at a time and you will need to correct them within the PM. Each question is worth 1 point.
TRAINER - This includes punctuation, capitalization and spelling. Do not answer the questions out loud, or it will not count.
TRAINER - You will receive some about checking in a user and some about giving a user something at Cold n’ Creams.
TRAINER - Tell me if you do not receive a PM. Without further ado, we will now begin!
Now use the cmdbar by clicking the ‘ key. After this you can type pm user,user,user Question.
PM your trainees the following questions.

Worth 1 point per question correctly answered.
Troll Test
Worth 1 point if they pass the Troll Test.
TRAINER - n this next section, we will be going through a Troll Test.I
TRAINER - In this test I will be acting as a troll.
TRAINER - It is your job to deal with the situation correctly.
TRAINER - Your performance will be an example of how we think you would act in a real situation.
TRAINER - Without further ado, we will now begin!
NOTE: Trainees are required to use greetings in the Troll Test. If it is grammatically incorrect, it counts as a grammar strike.
Support
Worth 1 point per question.

Note: A host/co-host should be available to give points when a trainee states the right answer. If they are busy with another team, wait.
TRAINER - This is the support training, this will help you help others when they need it.
TRAINER - In this test, I will act as a guest, and you as a staff member.
TRAINER - They will ask you a series of questions, and you will be given a point based on if you get it correct.
TRAINER - Without further ado, let’s start!
HELPER - How do I go to my room?
HELPER - Where’s the pool located?
HELPER - How do I order food?
HELPER - How do I get a job?
HELPER - Can you give me free admin?
TRAINER - Lovely! I will now tell you some important information before I check your results!
TRAINER - Please remember that in the Hotel you need to be wearing your uniform at all times. Do not wear packages, that can hide it.
TRAINER - If you see anyone Admin Abusing, gather proof and report it to a SHR.
TRAINER - All trollers are entitled to III (3) warnings before a kick, and III (3) kicks before they get banned.
TRAINER - If you spot a troll that reaches the max amount of warnings or kicks, politely gain the attention of an HR +.
TRAINER - Remember, not following these guidelines may result in a demotion. Thank you for your patience!
To pass this section, trainees need at least 3 out of 5 questions correct.
Passed or Failed Messages.
TRAINER - Thank you all for attending this training session! I will now gather your results.
[Deal with the people that failed first, and then move on to the people that passed.]
If failed:
TRAINER - Sorry, but you have failed this session. Don’t feel discouraged, you can always try again at another time
(Kick the failed trainees from the server using that reasoning.)
If passed:
(Trainees need at least 5 total points to pass.)
TRAINER - Congratulations, you have passed today’s training session!
TRAINER - You will now be ranked to receptionist.
(Take them to back wall and team them Passed while waiting for the Ranker to ranker.)
