Doesn’t this look a bit like the Classical Roblox Wizard? It’s a limited, Roblox might not allow UGCs that looks to alike to limiteds.

Honestly, pretty sure that’s fine. I’ve seen many incredibly accessories that are similar to items such as the Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat. That should be okay.

small problem, she wouldn’t be able to upload that. they’ve taken down this one pink sniper thing for having hello kitty on it, and now that they have their own roblox game (i think, i don’t care about that stuff) it’d get taken down 100%.
on the second one, the ears look really odd. the real ones have circles on the end, these look like puppy ears and all floppy. the texture is also very poorly drawn, also the skull. the circle isn’t smooth at all, it’s really rough. you could just print a texture onto it. (I THINK i’ve never used blender) 4/10 ig
