Off-sale UGC cannot be reported on Rights Manager

When reporting a UGC that has been published but never put on-sale, the Rights Manager follows up with the rejection statuses

“We are unable to identify the creation that allegedly infringes your rights”

or

“The creation you reported is no longer available on Roblox”

because it is unable to find it in the avatar marketplace despite providing the URLs, asset IDs, and labeled screenshots.

Hi @dvdko, the team pushed a fix last Thursday that now allows bundles to be included into takedown requests as on-platform items. We believe this was the cause of the issue. Please try this again and let us know if you’re still getting this rejection!

It started working two weeks ago and the approvals went through when you posted this – but after 8/30 they seem to be stuck in pending status
