Official Fondú Handbook
Introduction
Fondú is an upcoming fondu-related restaurant on the Roblox platform. We’re actively striving to be able to offer the best and most realistic experience for the Swiss-originated style restaurant on the Roblox platform. Development is currently in the process of being prepared for our launch which will come at a later date. Check back from time-to-time for launch-related updates! Fondú was founded by saephyn on February 15th, 2023.
This Handbook was created in order to share important information regarding Fondú. We have provided all the necessary information in this Handbook and we expect you to review all contents in the Handbook. Code of Conduct
Introduction
Our Code of Conduct provides all the necessary information on how to be a rule-abiding community member, if anything is unclear or you have any questions, you may contact a Board of Executive+ with your inquiry.
Consequences
Any player who does not follow our Code of Conduct will receive a consequence depending on the severity of the offense. Although, depending on the offense we provide warnings and reminders. But if you’re caught breaking the same rules or continuing the offense you will be given a consequence.
All of our rules apply to our communications server and any of our group games or events. There are no expectations.
Fondú Official Rules & Guidlines
- As we are a part of the Roblox platform, we highly enforce the Roblox Community Rules regarding any of our games, these rules must be followed at all times, or proper punishment will be taken against you.
Exploiting
- We do not tolerate any sort of exploiting in any of our Roblox games, if caught exploiting you will be permanently banned from all Fondú based games.
Trolling
- We do not tolerate any sort of Trolling in any of our Roblox games, if caught trolling you will be given the proper consequences depending on the offense. If trolling is continued after being warned you are subject to a ban or permanent ban, depending on the severity.

Introduction
Fondú strives for a professional and active team, we are always looking for new additions to our Low-Rank team and our Executive Team, information on how to acquire both can be found below. If anything is unclear or you have any questions, you may contact a Board of Executive+ with your inquiry.
How to become an LR
In order to become an LR here at Fondú you must be in our Roblox Group, once in the group, you may apply to become the rank ‘Awaiting Training’. Essentially this rank means you are a Trainee here at Fondú, you must attend a training session before you are officially able to work. Only Junior Staff+ are permitted to work.
How to become a Staff Intern
Staff Intern is the first MR rank at Fondú, this rank can only be achieved by having the ‘Master Staff’ rank, you can either apply for this position through our communications server when applications are released which is every so often. You can also become a Staff Intern by, being active, dedicated, and a professional employee in our main Restaurant game. The Recruitment Department is always looking for new additions to our team, and one of the best ways to be noticed is by attending our shifts and frequent activity at the restaurant.
LR Promotions

Point System & Promotions
At Fondú there are two ways you can climb the ranks as an LR. One of the most common ways is by achieving points when working at the restaurant. You can achieve points by serving customers, cleaning spills, and much more! Another way is by either buying points using Robux, or you can purchase the rank ‘Master Staff’ and be promoted to the highest LR rank immediately.
How many points do you need for each rank?

Junior Staff
First LR Rank, no points needed. You will be given this rank after passing a training session. -
Experienced Staff
500 Points are needed. -
Master Staff
1,000 Points are needed.

Awaiting Training
A trainee at Fondú, all trainees must attend a training session and achieve the rank ‘Junior Staff’ before they can begin their journey as an LR at Fondú.

Junior Staff
Junior Staff is the first LR rank at Fondú, this rank allows you to work at the restaurant and serve customers. -
Experienced Staff
Experienced Staff is the second LR rank at Fondú. This is essentially the same rank as Junior Staff, you can achieve this rank by acquiring 500 points. -
Master Staff
Master Staff is the last LR rank at Fondú. Being a Master Staff allows you to be in the running for ‘Staff Intern.’ You can now either apply if applications are open or you may work up to ‘Staff Intern’ by showing dedication, consistent activity, and leadership qualities. You can get this rank by acquiring 1,000 points.

Staff Intern
Staff Intern is the first MR rank at Fondú. All interns are required to complete an internship before officially becoming the rank. All Staff Interns are learning the protocols and ways Fondú works at its core. This is the beginning of the MR journey at Fondú. -
Supervisor
A Supervisor at Fondú is our second MR rank, this rank is noticeably more experienced than a Staff Intern. A Supervisors main job is to assist LRs and customers, overall moderate the restaurant and make sure everything is going smoothly. Supervisors also are tasked with attending training sessions. -
Assistant Manager
An Assistant Manager at Fondú is the last MR rank, Assistant Managers are skilled with all attributes that an MR has. Assistant Managers have more responsibility than the previous two MR ranks. Although an Assistant Manager must still supervise the Restaurant and attend trainings. They are also now tasked with Hosting training sessions at Fondú.

Manager
Managers are the first HR rank at Fondú. Managers are tasked with the same responsibilities as an Assistant Manager but are given new responsibilities such as higher Admin Commands, spectating sessions, and more. -
Shift Manager
A Shift Manager is the second HR rank at Fondú. Shift Managers do have the same responsibilities as their previous ranks but are now given a sub-department. Either in the Recruitment Department or in the Relations Department. Both sub-departments stem from the Staffing Department and the Events Department. -
Board of Executives
A Board of Executives is the third HR rank at Fondú. BOEs, although do have access and permission to do all of the previous responsibilities, they have a new responsibility that will take up most of their time. BOEs are department members in one of the two departments, this will be their main focus. -
Chief Operating Offiicer
A Chief Operating Officer is the fourth HR rank at Fondú, although do have access and permission to do all of the previous responsibilities, they have a new responsibility that will take up most of their time. COOs are Co-leads of one of the two departments, this is their main responsibility and concern. -
Chief Administrative Officier
A Chief Administrative Officer is the last HR rank at Fondú. They’re the Leads of one of the two departments, Staffing, and Public Relations. This is their main concern and responsibility at all times. Although, they do have permission to do all of the other previous responsibilities, but it is not their main concern.

Contractor
A Contractor at Fondú is a developer and contributor to the game in any way.

Vice President
A Vice President at Fondú is a member of the Leadership department. They oversee one of the two departments, Staffing or Public Relations. They are able to make executive decisions and are responsible for all decisions made in their respective department. -
President
The President at Fondú is in charge of all operations and head of all decisions. They oversee all operations at Fondú, and are the highest personnel within the company.

Ban Appeals
Introduction
Here at Fondú depending on the severity of your offense, we do allow anyone who has received a major consequence such as an in-game permanent ban or ban from our communications server to appeal their ban.
How to Appeal In-game Permanent Bans
In order to appeal an in-game permanent ban you may DM a member of the Staffing Department and they will handle it from there and will thoroughly review your case, they have the right to deny your appeal for any reason at any time.
Please answer the following questions when sending a Permanent Ban Appeal.
- What is your Roblox Username?
- When were banned?
- Why were you banned?
- What have you improved on or learned after receiving a ban?
How to Appeal Blacklists
In order to Appeal a Blacklist from Fondú you must DM a member of our Staffing Department. They will handle it from there and will thoroughly review your case, they have the right to deny your Blacklist Appeal for any reason at any time.
Please answer the following questions when sending a Server Ban Appeal.

- Why were you Blacklisted?
- What have you improved on or learned after receiving your Blacklist?
How to Appeal Communication Server Bans
In order to appeal a server ban you must contact a Moderator of our communications server. The moderator will handle your case from there and will thoroughly review your case, they have the right to deny your appeal for any reason at any time.

Affiliate Information
Introduction
As Fondú is only starting up, we are not looking to establish affiliations as of right now, although we will begin to look for and form affiliations soon. Be sure to keep an eye out for any announcements regarding this topic. Please direct any and all essential questions to any BOE that is a member of the Public Relations Department.
