Rules:
-No trolling, you will be warned and kicked. After doing so and rejoining, you will be instantly banned.
-No spamming, this is a bannable offense, and will be taken seriously.
-No discrimination allowed, this is a safe community, and anyone caught doing so will get banned.
-No exploiting, you will be banned instantly, and appeals won’t be answered. This is using exploits to ruin the game.
-Please don’t impersonate workers, or you will be warned and kicked as a result.
-No glitching through WORKER ONLY areas, you will be instantly banned if caught.
-Lastly, only order from the menu, as this is also part of the troller rule.

A. As of now, being active and attending MR training will result in a MR rank at Vanilla!

Q. How do I rank up as a MR?
A. As an MR, there are many opportunities to be noticed! You could be active at trainings, apply for HR roles when open, or participate with the community!

Affiliated Group Requirements
It is such an honor that you want to affiliate with us and be part of our community! However, I must consider some things about your group before accepting your request! In order to affiliate with us, it is asked that you meet me in our main game whenever you are available and have your answers for these questions fully thought out and ready to go! Here are the expected questions when being interviewed!
- What is the full name of your group? Dashes, special letters, etc.
- What makes you want to affiliate with Vanilla?
- Has there been drama in the group over the past 2 months?
- Does your group reach the minimum of 150 members for eligibility?
- Does it have decent activity? 5 messages a day or more?
- Who will be joining Vanilla to represent your group?
- Do you understand that we should maintain good communication, and have events as a whole?
- Are you okay with game nights, visits, and invitations to events?
After the interview, you will not get a direct yes or no answer, I will then look into the group myself to confirm that everything said about the group was true. If you are declined, the message will be on the wall for you to see. If you are accepted, the message will also be on the wall, and we will be open to your invitations, and you should be open to ours as an ally.
Roles At Vanilla
LR RANKS:
• Customer - You have joined the group, and you need to be interviewed to start your career at Vanilla.
• Trainee - You did your interview and passed. You must attend a training.
• Junior Barista - Senior Barista - You did training!
• Head Barista - You must work at the cafe and bakery to be ranked higher than this. Another alternative for this is MR applications when open!
MR RANKS:
• Staff Intern - You got noticed by an admin and was requested to be promoted, or you passed applications and you are on trial.
• Staff Assistant - You passed your trial, and you now can spectate at trainings until you get noticed
• Shift Leader - You are able to spectate trainings and help others out with questions.
• Shift Supervisor - You can train and co-host at trainings! You are also allowed to host shifts.
• Assistant Manager - You can host trainings whenever you please.
HR RANKS:
• General Manager to Chief of Operations - You can do all of the above + delete messages and demote people.
SHR RANKS (HARD TO GET):
• Human Resources - You have been trusted with more duties, such as hosting MEGA shifts, MR Trainings, and more!
• Staffing Director - You are the ones representing Vanilla TM with allies, and the face of it too, as you now have the builder icon next to your name.
• Art Department - You are in charge of lookbooks, and everything art related! Only obtainable by application, which is VERY RARE.
• Developer - Pretty self-explanatory, but they are the people credited for creating the game.
• Co-Founder - Ellie - You are above all else, the person I run to with problems in development, and the person responsible for taking care of the group if needed.
• President - NOT OBTAINABLE (Because it’s me!)]

There will be at least 3 training sessions a day, spread out to fulfill the different time zones for everyone to attend! They are hosted on the following times:
