Before going into detail with this Website Feature Request, I will like to state that this is NOT a request on rebranding or changing the Roblox icon, but a request to update web theme UI based on things like seasons and/or events just as Roblox used to do back in the day.
I do believe that Web Theme UI Redesigns do not get enough credit and are too often underestimated of their value and/or for their value and what their worth is, which is objectified by the user experience which the consequence of updated themes typically can increase interest and engagement from the moment the user’s eyes typically will meet the first thing on the Roblox webdomain which yes, is the home page most commonly. (This web theme UI redesign obviously will expand beyond just the home page though as the redesign themes used to back in the day.).
Given how long it has been since Roblox last did this, I’d wager that it’d help Roblox’s User Interest & Engagement a bit and is heavily needed currently, obviously that doesn’t diminish all the other updates Roblox can and should be doing and what is needed but this is a feature request on this idea and I think it stands on it’s own merit and justification based on such logic, but this is technically still supplementary, but it is to some degree necessary if you’re actually wanting and needing that extra bit of reward on interest and engagement, it does definitely help and there is demographics for this stuff beyond just users confirming it.
Additionally, users who often see the same things on websites tends to be depressing and that’s not good for engagment nor metrics. This obviously also doesn’t just apply to websites and themes but I think you get the idea.
