Roblox Studio still uses 2013-2021 cursors
Reproduction:
Along with this, after setting adornee, not only old cursor is used, but old select is used, which should’ve been deprecated
Expected behavior
Roblox Studio should use new cursors

There’s just generally a lack of cursor consistency in Studio.
Not a bug, but we will eventually get to cleaning this up.
