Old old old old old old

The “Highly Engaged Players” portion the Audience Reach section within an experience is not accurately reporting data.

In the screenshots provided below, Ads Manager is reporting 186 plays to my experience, yet my number (which currently says 95 as shown in the other screenshot) has not increased. Logically speaking, only players who qualify to increase this metric should be eligible to play my experience based on information Roblox has provided., meaning all plays should result in an increase of this number, however my number has not gone up.

I also think it’s bugged. I have a smaller game that gets used once a month for events. Last event, I knew several people who were 16+ age verified. Generally players stay an hour or more for the event. It makes no sense for mine it shows 0 for engaged players.

Hi I just wanted to make sure you’re seeing the value change daily (if there is a change in Highly Engaged Players for your game).

It shows 5 right now, but on May 30th we had over 75 people join, many who frequently purchase Robux.

Same here. Even my ads target specifically for 18+ audience, and got more than 1K plays, i only get 310 eligible user, including those who come from Home Recommendation.

It is still quite buggy.
